Yes, we have added a Free tier to Retino Returns, which is free for an unlimited time and for an unlimited number of cases. You just need to register using your email and password.
Insert your payment card into Retino and you will automatically receive the full version with all features. The case history and settings remain unchanged.
In the Retino Returns Free service, you can only use the contracted carrier Retino, meaning all returns go through our agreements. If you wish to use your own contracts with carriers, you must upgrade to the paid version.
Simply register and activate the Retino Returns service. You will start a 14-day trial period during which you have access to all features. If you do not add a payment card after it ends, you will remain on the free version, but advanced features will no longer be available.
