The entire exchange runs through clear stages, and you can customize each one to fit your online store.
The portal is intuitive. Customers select what they want to return or exchange, choose a different variant or anything from the catalog as a replacement, and can even add something extra to their order.
For an online store, an exchange is legally and financially a return plus a new order. It used to mean tracking stock, overpayments, amounts due and manual credit notes. Retino brings it all together into a single case and handles it in the background.

If they’ve added a pricier item to the order, they pay the difference right away in the new order. If it’s cheaper, they choose how you refund the difference. They see both any amount due and any refund before completing the exchange.
