What if I'm not satisfied?

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you pay us for the first time and change your mind within 14 days, write to us and we will refund your money. All premium features also have a 14-day trial period. If you deactivate the feature during the trial period, we will not charge you anything at all.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course. If you cancel a premium feature, it will remain active until the end of the monthly billing period and we will deactivate it after the billing period and you will not have to pay anything anymore. There are no long-term commitments with Retino.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can use all popular credit cards. We use Stripe as a card payment provider. Please note that payment by bank transfer is only possible with the Enterprise plan.

Will my data be safe?

The protection of customer data is one of our highest priorities. We use standard security approaches and tools to keep your data safe. We operate Retino in accordance with the GDPR.
