- Yes, we offer a 14-day free refund. When you pay us for the first time and change your mind within 14 days, reach out to us and we will refund you the full amount.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Of course. Your subscription can be cancelled in your Billing Settings. The extension will remain active until the end of the billing cycle and you will be charged for the remaining usage.
- What payment methods do you offer?
- You can pay easily with all major credit and debit cards. We use Stripe, a world-leading payment provider, for secure payment processing. Wire transfer is only possible with the Enterprise plan.
- Will my data be secure?
- Protecting your data is one of our highest priorities. We use industry standard security policies so that your data is safe and secure. We are also fully GDPR-compliant.
